Cancellation Policy

After the purchase is completed on the site, a document and invoice will be sent to the costumer.

The order can be canceled up to 48 hours before the arrival date without cancellation fees, and receive a refund.

The refund will be given according to the payment method:
a. For those paying by credit card – back to the card with which the order was made on the site.
b. For those paying by club benefit card – through the club from which the benefit was purchased, and subject to the club's terms (you must contact the club from which the benefit was purchased directly)

Cancellation can only be made by calling the branch to which the visit was booked.

Cancellation less than – 48 hours Before the date of the visit, a full cancellation fee will be charged.

Q&A

The visit to our farm includes a film telling the story of chocolate and the story of Galita, a workshop in our workshop center (experiential activities with chocolate for adults and children), and a riddle game at the end of the workshop during which you will assemble a code and win a prize.

The visit lasts about 1.5-2 hours and starts every single hour.

 

Yes, you must book through the Galita website, be sure to select the branch you want to go to (Deganya Beit or Tzuba).

After booking, payment is made. You can pay with a credit card or a club benefit card.

If you are paying with a club benefit card, you must first purchase the benefit card at the club and then

pay with it on the Galita website (each code is a separate order on the Galita website, if you purchased several tickets from several clubs, you must make a separate order for each club on the Galita website)

Places must be reserved for everyone who enters the workshop, both adults and children

The entrance fee to Galita is 115 NIS

Each participant from the age of 3 onwards pays (for children up to the age of 10, at least one adult companion is required)

If there are children younger than 3, they can sit on their parents’ laps and do the

activity with them. There is no need to buy a ticket for them and reserve a place for them.

It is not possible to enter the workshop center without a ticket

You will choose the workshop when you arrive. The hostess will welcome you, you will see the examples and decide on the spot what you want to do.

There are 6 different workshops from which you can choose, each family member can choose something different and still you will all sit together around the same table, and each one will create what they have chosen.

Both the Galita factory in Degania and the chocolate farm in Tzuba are Kosher Mehadrin certified and supervised by the local rabbinate, chalavi chalav Israel (Galita branches are closed on Shabbat and holidays).

(At the Tsova branch, the workshops are Chatam Sofer kashrut).

There is no need to arrive earlier than the time that you booked. At the beginning of your visit, the hostess will explain about our workshops and help you choose the one that interests you the most. The movie starts 15 minutes past the hour you booked, and the workshop starts 30 minutes past that hour.
